  Processing flow:

1.  Make the netCDF file using make_jul2005_nc.sh
2.  Run make_jul2005_plot.sh

  The script calls "executable_definitions.sh"; that basically defines
  bash variables like ${pscoast} whose value is /sw/bin/pscoast.  This
  facility is to handle platform-specific locations (these scripts
  need to be run on linux boxes, too).

  I've also included R-scripts which show how to convert ferret color
  palettes to GMT color palette tables.  The "breaks" argument does
  not have to be evenly-spaced, so you can be very creative here.
