[OS X] EN7 - EN8 and DOIs

Howdy,

     This is a "for the record" email.

     I used DOIs in EndNote7 under OSX 10.3.  EN7 did not have  
explicit DOI support, so I was putting them in a field called  
"Custom1".  I somehow hacked the Bibtex output style so that DOIs  
were printed, and perhaps I edited my J Geophysical Res.ens file so  
that I could have formatted output copied to the clipboard (apple-K)  
with DOI.

     In upgrading to EN8, the DOI information at first appeared  
lost.  EN8 insists on "converting" the EN7 .enl files you open.   
However, following Will Howard's instructions (see web page, EndNote  
8 section), I was able to move "Custom1" to "Electronic Resource  
Number".  Then using his JGR output style, I could see DOIs in the  
formatted output once more.  Now, bibtex export must be fixed again...
