[OS X] turn off PDFlatex and use regular latex in Aquamacs

Following discussion online, I put "(setq TeX-PDF-mode nil)" in  
my .emacs, and now auctex uses "latex" and not "pdflatex" to process  
my tex files.  This default was changed sometime in 2005 for the  
Aquamacs distribution.
