Ah, but this is not necessarily true.  It is possible to have a login  
keychain password that is different from the login password.

I think the correct syntax is actually :0.0, not 0:0.

Are you using the unstable tree?  If so, have you tried "fink install  
nco", or are you using "apt-get install nco"?  If the "fink install  
nco" method fails, then in your /sw/etc/fink.conf, please make the  
"Trees" line look like this:

Trees: local/main unstable/main unstable/crypto

You'll then need to do a "fink selfupdate" followed by "apt-get  
update; apt-get upgrade" and finally "fink update-all".  After all  
this is done, you should be able to "fink install nco".  This will  
all take a significant amount of time.
